("Diligent," "we," "our," or "us"), including our API, dashboard, website, and any associated tools and documentation (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

If you are on a paid plan, you agree to timely payment according to our pricing terms. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. No refunds are provided unless required by law.

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You can cancel your use of the Services at any time. Upon termination, your access will be disabled, and data may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diligent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diligent, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

You agree not to disclose non-public information about our Services, including pricing, functionality, or methods, without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by German law.
